Max Michael is probably the best doctor I've ever seen since my problems began 5 years ago (and I've seen many). I'm so very happy I left my doctor at UAB for him. I don't fit the bill as the typical Cooper Green patient (ie- poor, indigent and African American), but I would never go anywhere else even though my Medicare would cover me at a private practice. Frankly, I don't trust doctors who are motivated by profit. Health consumers need to wake up to the reality of profit driven medicine!
