I once rated Dr. M as a 5. No longer. He recommended magnetic brain stim, because my depression was so bad. I was at the very bottom. I half kiddingly asked if MBS would get me a job or help me figure out what to do next. He screamed at me. I was "always negative" and "always pessimistic" and "always had been." I've been going to Dr. M for 15+ years. If he's felt this way about me, why has he bothered to treat me? I was in shock and left in tears. I have had neurological atypical facial pain since 2016. Dr. M and I have discussed it. The little bit of MBS I got hurt my face and jaw severely and I needed pain meds when I got home. I don't need verbal and psychological abuse, nor do I need physical pain. I won't be returning.

Dr. Munasifi saved my life too. After seeing so many doctors in Tallahassee, I had given up on finding a way to want to stay alive. He listens to you and seems to know everything you don't say too. He reads all your records and even researches non-traditional approaches and then goes over every option with you. He is an incredible doctor and a warm caring person. Office staff are great too.

Dr. Faisal Munasifi saved my life. He listens, he cares, and he helps. He's incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I don't think I'd be alive today if it weren't for Dr. Munasifi. He's wonderful.

I owe this doctor my life. My sisters too. I will not into private details about what my family and I have been through. But again, I literally owe my life and my mind to this doctor. He is the kindest soul. The most intelligent doctor. The most professional. I can't say enough good things. I also thank his PA, Mr. Sterling. Sterling is also very kind & knowledgeable. Dr. Munasifi is a WONDERFUL doctor. He truly cares about his patients and is not too proud or arrogant to admit when he needs help or other expertise. He has referred me to numerous other physicians and to shands. He is willing to experiment and try things that other doctors are afraid of & he will work w/ other doctors. I disagree w/ first poster, he has the best staff in Tallahassee!!!!!!!!! They all know me by name, the receptionist is wonderful + friendly, the nurse returns any calls for medical needs that very day. He has 6 people on staff so everything is punctual & organized plus they always pick up phone or return calls, never had an issue. Very nice man w/ good heart & knowledgeable. I am severely ill w/ autoimmunity & have been all over the U.S. seen many many doctors, none have been as good & no office staff or nurse has been this good. Would recommend him #1 in Tall. for psychiatry.

Dr Munasifi was a nice man and I think he did a reasonably good job but he has the worst office staff. The office manager was rude and honestly munipulative. I called to get my appointment confirmed and they didn't return my call after two weeks of calls then sent me a bill for a missed appointment that I never knew the date of.... Worst mental health experience ever.
