Worst ever. Ask every time if I took HPV shot, but all my shots are done with him! He doesn’t even look at my file, doesn’t care my symptoms, being incredibly rude to cut the line off, while I was polite enough although I was upset. Never follow up or care about his patients. When I ask him questions, his is rush and rude, majority answers are “how would I know”. In this case, why you bother to be a doctor? Just be a pure businessman.

Dr.Gu has been my Doctor for five years and i have always found him to be very professional, his staff not so.

He is literally the worst doctor I've ever seen in my life. He does not care his patients at all. I had some problems with my fertility test. When I asked the question that how should I cure it, he was extremely inpatient and what he said was "Don't bother it!! If you can have a baby then you have it, if you can't then you can't".

He has little patience with me. He did't explain to me what's on the X ray report. I had to go into his clinic to get a printout of the electronic report, which he could have his staff send me via email. Avoid him if you can!

Dr. Gu did not bother to phone us at all even though we had an appointment. When we called the front desk, they blame the whole thing on us even though we were waiting beside the phone starting 30 mins before the appointment time and 1 hour after the appointment time. This actually already happened a couple of times. Extremely unprofessional.

My mom is very allergic to many things. She asked him to see if she can get an allergy testing done. His answer: why bother, even if you know you're allergic to a certain type of grass or item, can you really avoid it all together? There is no point!

This doctor let patient feels like very unprofessional, he has no patience, and not very respect to the patients. we do not recommenced who find him to be the family doctor.

My wife went to see Doctor Gu for a deep thumb wart that she has had for a few years. Initially, he recommended a dermatologist. My wife went there twice and burned off a quarter of her thumb twice but with no good results. The dermatologist said he could not help her. She then went back to Doctor Gu and asked for alternative therapies and recommendations. He said that people come in all the time and get the same therapies of burning, cryo or laser which work. He was agitated at my wife for wanting an alternative. If your finger was partially burned off and the dermatologist said he cant do no more. He cant do no more. I'm sure the dermatologist is more specialized in this field than Doctor Gu. We searched online and an alternative was medicinal shots since the wart is deep inside. I do not recommend uncaring doctors like Doctor Gu at all. Not everything works for everyone and as a doctor, it is your job to find out what works. If you just want quick money, get easy diagnoses, and go home early, please don't work here. As a Canadian, you are supposed to truly care about people. As a doctor, you gave an oath to put patients first. I hope one day, Doctor Gu will remember that.
