Dr Chau used to be a very good personable doctor until her practice became a circus. They moved to a new location and it's now a medical center where the patients are treated like cattle

I never will know how good or bad this doctor is, simply because I was rejected to be seen. I am an amployee of Staten Island University Hospital and was advised to see this doctor by my PCP. It was a very hot day out there, about 90 degrees, I needed to take two buses on my way, they both were late and I was late for an app for 20 min. The receptionist said I need to reschedule my app. I was in tears asking to make an exception, answer was NO. SHAME ON YOU, DOCTOR AND STAFF, SO HARTLESS!!!!!!!!
