Dr. Herran's staff is always very nice and efficient. Wait time is a little long however, he takes his time when seeing my son. Therefore, I'm patient when waiting. He's very thorough and does well with my son. I love Dr. Herran and have no plans of changing pediatricians at this time.

Usually have to wait at least 2 hrs for appointments. Very difficult to get prescriptions re-ordered on time, and often have med errors when the scripts are ready. I have an Autistic, 6yr.old that he is seeing.
