I have worked with Dr.Randolph for over 8yrs. He is a great resource and extremely caring. He covers every option in search of one best fit for you. He has basically cured my Chronic Pancreatitis and that is no easy thing to do. Seriously, he has saved the quality of my life.

My appointment time was scheduled for 2:30 and my ‘arrival time’ was scheduled for 2:15. I arrived at 2:25 (due to traffic backed up on the freeway) and was told that the doctor wanted me to reschedule! … I won’t be rescheduling.

Dr. Randolph was very nice and has excellent manners. I don't know if you really need a Gastroenterologist to tell you to take Omeprazol and wait another 6 weeks. His office stuff and nurse is ridiciulous. They are unfriendly and not returning phone calls.

The doctor ordered tests. It took 6 weeks for the nurse to respond to several phone calls regarding the tests which infact were abnormal. The worst care I have ever had.
