I was looking for a black doctor in Toronto and was thrilled to find Dr. Liza. Not only is she the most knowledgeable health care provider I have encountered, she has the strongest most healing hands. My foot was fixed in one visit and I also love her wonderful shoes which are the only heels I can wear.

Arrived to my appointment 2 weeks ago only to be told that my appointment had been cancelled. The new receptionist asked me if anyone had emailed me to cancel my appointment. No, I said, otherwise I would not have shown up for the appointment. The new receptionist then asked me if anyone had called me to cancel the appointment and I said no, otherwise I would not have shown up. I was then asked if I had SunLife benefits and I said yes. The new receptionist advised me that they do not take SunLife insurance anymore, actually since August. But I had an appointment in August and I was never notified of any change at that time. In this day and age, Dr. Liza's office should be experts when dealing with customers. After travelling one hour to get to my appointment which no one bothered to notify me that it was cancelled, I find that in this day in age I can't believe that doctor offices lack exceptional customer service. Why was I not offered an appointment that day as I could have used my health spending account to pay for it. Very suspicious. I guess this office treats the movie stars better than the loyal paying customer who made it to her appointments on time for months. unlike the movie stars, I paid for Dr. Liza's services. Time to find a chiropractor who looks after and appreciates loyal clients.

Fabulous doctor. Kind and patient. She actually does ALL her own treatment, very unlike two other chiro's I saw.

Immobilised back/shoulder/neck, rusty neck joints, I can't number all the muscle mechanics she fixes instantly with her really strong hands. After her treatment(s) it's like the problem never happened. I couldn't move my right fingers (carpel tunnel?)--she fixed it in a 10 minute massage. I Couldn't lift a wine glass to my mouth--she fixed it in one 20 minute session. I pulled a back muscle resulting so that I couldn't bend down--she fixed that too--it required some excercises (which were printed on a card and sent home with me). Why bother wasting time with doctors who treat you like cattle or prescribe pharmaceuticals with cash incentives. Dr. Liza is totally fabulous.

She really takes the time to listen and knows so much about everything. If you have pain and you aren't getting real answers from your doctors, she takes the time to explain everything to you and best of all she treats you so you don't have to live with the pain anymore. And the office is really nice and everyone there is really friendly.
