We love Dr. DelaCruz! She has the best manner with children and cares very much. She's knowledgeable and concerned. She never makes you feel like you've asked a stupid question.

You have to wait forever to see the Dr. and once you get into a room it still takes about 1-1.5 hours before you see her. Her staff is rude and ignorant. The nurse went off about how people are dumb and uneducated...they get to much info from Oprah and Toni Braxton. Weird and uncomfortable situation...I have never been back since!

dr cruz is a great peditrician, but she's hard to get in with because she is one of the best peditricians in the talladega area. her staff is not as friendly as she is
