I had my first appointment with Dr. Schwartz this afternoon, and he is truly one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He was kind, extremely patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to accurately diagnose my vocal cord problem within minutes, and he recommended a wonderful plan of care. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Schwartz, and I highly recommend him.

My internist recommended Dr. Schwartz to evaluate my sudden onset of complete hearing loss. Dr. Schwartz did a hearing test and saw that it was nerve loss. He explained to me that it may be permanent but offered a course of prednisone which worked! My hearing is back to normal and I couldn't be happier. He's an amazing individual. Strongly recommend!

I was referred to Dr. Schwartz by my vocal coach. He has treated many prominent vocalists in the area. I saw him for hoarseness when singing. Dr. Schwartz called me 1 week after our initial office visit, just to see how my voice was doing. He really understood how important my vocal quality is to my livelihood. I would recommend him to other vocalists without hesitation.

Dr. Schwartz has seen all three of my kids for chronic ear and throat infections. Two of my children had their tonsils and adenoids removed, and my son needed "ear tubes". Never before has a doctor taken the time to explain why my children have these issues, and Dr. Schwartz really seems to care. Occasionally we have to wait 10-20 minutes before the visit, but it's well worth it!

This is the first time I have ever had an appointment cancelled on me because I was a little late. Despite practically begging them to take me and pointing out that the doctor was already backlogged so my lateness was not even noticeable, they would not relent. I have been to this group before, seeing another doctor and asked the front desk staff if they could give me a little consider since I had spent so much time enduring long waits in their waiting room previously. Nope. I will not go back to this doctor. The group is not patient friendly. It runs more like a factory, a large factory.
