This doctor is very rude and unprofessional. He is a doctor and seems to hate his job, he is very sarcastic and treats people with disrespect and tries to belittle them. I switched doctors right away, and my niece will be switching too. This is not a good place.

I love Dr. De la Rocha. I started bringing my daughter to him almost 10 years ago when he was in the tiny closet mentioned above... he has recently moved to a new building. Much, much nicer. Anyway, he is awesome, caring, a great listener and very BLUNT. My daughter was overweight as a baby/toddler and he would let me have it! BUT I am grateful for that because he opened my eyes to all of the diseases that she was susceptible to. I just truly appreciate his boldness with the truth... he was and continues to be concerned with my daughter's health and I love him for that. She slimmed down a ton, now she's tall and slim/medium build. We made a lot of dietary changes. I also have a 17 month old son and he sees Dr. Hector also. I come from a Mexican family and we are loaded with old wives tales about health, Dr. Hector is also very culturally sensitive and that is very helpful. Overall, he is by far a GREAT doctor. Oh yeah, he also returns frantic calls on Friday nights.

Very knowledgeable and professional, great with children. Will work thoroughly to find the diagnosis and treatment of your childs ailment. Although he moves quickly through appointments, he'll take the time to answer all of your questions. His staff however is of the worst. Often is the case where I had an appointment at 2 and was not seen until 3:30, if your a walk-in expect to wait at least 2 hours. Worst of all there is very little seating in a waiting room about the size of large closet. A doctors reputation is highly influenced by that of his staff.
