Front staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a capped molar extracted by Dr Goos . Dr Goos informed me of what was to be expected. Both Dr Goos and his assistant made me feel comfortable. He was very proficient,knowledgeable my whole visit was less than 35 min. I would definitely recommend the clinic

My son had to come in to get a large, impacted molar removed. If we hadn't removed it, it would have eventually caused major problems with other teeth coming out. It was nasty as & close to the nerve in his mouth so my son was really nervous to get it out!! He doesn't like needles or IV - so I didn't think it would go well. However, the whole surgery & experience went better than we had thought!!! From the receptionist booking the appointment & instructions to the actual medical/surgical staff doing the surgery - everything went so smoothly & well!!! We were so happy and relieved once it was out!! I would definitely recommend Dr. Goos and his team. They are awesome!!

I've seen Dr. Goos for an expose-and-bond, a luxation, and eventually a removal of an impacted canine. Great experience all times.
The front desk is welcoming, nurses are kind, and the procedures left me with minimal pain, swelling, and recovery time.

Unfortunately I am in need of a second round of implants, fortunately I am in the hands of Dr. Goos who not only did the initial implants but also a bone graft. The process was relatively pain free, quick and I was informed of all procedures, possible outcomes and time frames. Thank you Dr. Goos and staff, excellence in any field is rare.

Excellent clinic! The front staff was so kind, friendly, and always happy to help via email, phone, and in-person! Dr. Goos did an excellent job easing my worries about the procedure as he was very informative and went in to depth explaining my x-rays, the procedure, risks, and the healing process. He even asked me about any horror stories or myths that I've heard about the procedure and healing to put my mind at ease. Also, Dr. Goos provided multiple opportunities for me to ask him questions, and I was very impressed with his responses and his kind, yet professional demeanour. In regards to the procedure itself, I don't remember a thing except for him putting a rubber band on my arm as I had IV sedation. If you are able to get IV sedation, GET IT - it was worth it! I've heard that Dr. Goos is one of the best at what he does, and I completely agree. I am healing nicely, pain-free, and minimal swelling. I would recommend Dr. Goos and his staff to anyone that needs oral surgery! Thank you, again to Dr. Goos and his team!
