Dr. Spann really loves his patients and it shows. Amazing surgeon., I looked all over from Miami to Dallas. Last year I had liposuction and BBL with him. LOVE. MY. RESULTS. Couldn't have asked for better.

Amazing surgeon who is an extreme perfectionist and it shows in his work! He listened to all of my wants and what I hoped to achieve from surgery and made it happen. His follow up care was phenomenal especially after developing an unexpected hematoma. My husband was so pleased with my results he ended up having a much needed rhinoplasty which was complicated by previous nasal surgery due to a cleft lip/palate. The results are amazing and we are both in awe of the beautiful work Dr Spann was able to accomplish! I highly recommend Dr. Spann and his great staff for all your plastic surgery needs because you will not find a more talented or caring surgeon in the state of Arkansas!

My experience with Dr. Spann was very impressive. He is an incredibly gifted surgeon, that also loves what he does! His skills, care after surgery, and compassion were outstanding. I find he's a truly a gifted surgeon and I would highly recommend him!! I would also give kudos to his staff as being very professional, attentive and caring!! Truly happy with my experience!!!

If I could give no stars I would. For starters, this is possibly the worst experience I have had with a doctor. He is slick and cunning. He is a classic narcissist. He did a horrific job on my breast revision/augmentation/lift. I expressed my concerns to him many times and he just kept giving me steroid injections into my scars. I spent $10,000 for no real reason. I know he has lasers in office that could have minimized the appearance of my scars. He kept saying it is just the way I scar. I thought it was weird because any other surgery I have had I can barely see the scar at all. He is a bad surgeon and only has people that will give him good reviews put them online. I recently received a letter in the mail that his nurse had sent out my confidential information to her personal email and was giving it out to other patients and the new doctor she is/was working for. I contacted the doctor directly through both of his email addresses basically demanding to know what exactly got leaked or out of my information. I still have heard absolutely nothing. And yes I am going to pursue this with my attorney because I have an amazing killer divorce attorney and am going to consult her on what to do. It is really disgusting they would send some mass letter out and then not contact me directly. My mother and aunt also received the letter. The nurse was also showing patients what awful jobs Dr. Michael Spann from little rock plastic surgery on Rodney Parham had done to persuade others from using him as a plastic surgeon. I wish I would have done real research and talked to the mass of his patients and not just read these bull reviews. The majority had negative experiences while only the positive were written and that is why there are so few of those reviews and somehow he has 5 stars.

So great!! Dr. Spann did my breast aug and I couldn't be happier with my results. I had mismatching breast to start (kids!!) and he made them almost identical. HIs 3D imaging really helped me to see the process. Summer 2019 has been so different after Dr. Spann. Thanks!!
