Excellent surgeon!! he and his staff are great and easy to work with. You get all the information you might need about the procedure and he helps answer any questions you may have. I went to him for a revision breast aug, and wish I would have known about him before. Maybe I could have avoided having my first surgery done with someone else that provided me with a terrible experience. I would highly recommend seeing him if you are considering having plastic surgery.

Did great with my breast augmentation. Dr. Spann used the Vectra to show me what it would look like and then spent a ton of time getting my size just right. I can't say enough about how amazing the whole process was. High recommend.

I had a breast reconstruction with Dr. Spann. I can say that he's one of the finest gentlemen and surgeons you'll find. As a nurse, I was careful in who I selected for my procedure. Dr. Spann understood where I was coming from and worked to get me back to normal. I now look in the mirror and see a complete woman. Can't say enough about him or his team. He understands the complexity of the problems as well as any plastic surgeon out there and has a true gift. Since then, I've sent a number of my friends for cosmetic procedures. Each one of them say the same thing: AMAZING!

Dr. Span is amazing! A couple of my friends have used him. Iwent to a couple of consults before the surgery and liked him from the start. He takes the time to make sure your needs are met and fully explains all the isssues. I had a breast aug and tummy tuck and couldn’t be happier.

i used dr. michael spann in 2010 after breast cancer, double mastectomy, not knowing anything about any of the plastic surgeons dr. spann was assigned to me by the breast surgeon. breast reconstruction is a painful lengthy process. i had rather large breasts and told dr. spann that i did not want large breasts, to make them as small as possible. he wouldNOT listen to me. i was a D before surgery and i was a D after surgery.he kept filling around the implants with fat he got from areas in my body. my first visit after the mastec tomy i had to wait in the waiting room for over an hour to see him. i finally quit going to him and changed to dr. david bauer. he did some surgery and fixed the breasts. love love love dr. bauer . after reading the comments and all the 5 he received it makes me wonder if i saw the same dr. spann.? i would NEVER use him agian maybe it is because i am not young and at best a mastectomy is not all that pretty. he told me one day " my job is to make you look good in your clothes"!!! you know, you can do that with those fake things for a whole lot less money!!! To you ladies that has to have reconstruction because of breast cancer this is not the doctor. if you want a reall good plastic surgeon Dr. David Bauer. he can make you as good as possible!!

Dr. Spann is unbelievable. Extremely talented, beautiful personality & takes care of his patients so well. His work is BEAUTIFUL. He really takes time to make sure he makes the feature he's working on perfect, & that's so important. I am truly so happy with my results & how well my procedure was. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Spann. I couldn't thank him enough for what he has done for me. �
