I am very grateful to have Dr. Vorster for my doctor. He never makes you feel rushed, always listens in detail and strives to get to the root of the problem. He is kind and sincere and real. Again, I am so grateful he is my doctor!!

When I first went to see dr vorster he said I was depressed and prescribed me drugs and when I challenged him and even had a well known neuropychologist report that I had a brain Injury he wouldnt listen and would not precribe me the appropiate treatment instead me discharged me from his care and which I was glad as I am now getting the help I deserve

Dr. Vorster is a very thorough doctor who is easy to converse with and non-judgemental. He treats patients as an entire human being with their own experiences, rather than a body with a problem to solve. My previous doctors have missed symptoms and diagnoses because they treated my issues one at a time as they came, but Dr. Vorster looks at the bigger picture, treats me as a whole person, and practices preventative medicine. He's the kind of doctor who wants to find the root of the problem(s), rather than just slap a band aid on the symptoms. Dr. Vorster also gives very sound advice and has excellent resources. I could say so many more great things about him. Bottom line is, Kelowna is very fortunate to have Dr. Vorster and I'm so grateful to be his patient.

He is patient and thorough and explains his diagnosis and treatment in plain language, always bring you into the dialogue and makes sure you understand the plan. Follows up, if needed, with another phone call to check on progress. Remarkable.

He treats you like a real person and addresses all your concerns. He looks for the underlining issue rather than simply writing an RX. Being a young and healthy I don't visit often but when I need to his staff always get me in quickly and offer virtual or phone appointments which I love!

I found this doctor to be very thorough, knowledgeable, kind and personable. He encouraged more testing to investigate the cause of my stomach pain, something as was going to brush off.

Dr. Vorster took the time to get to know me on my first visit with him, which in turn saved my life. He asked me all sorts of questions and got to know me which made me comfortable enough to ask him about a mole I had, which I wasn't going to talk to him about on that visit. Since we had time, I showed him and the next day I was having it removed at the Skin Cancer Clinic. It was melanoma and had he not taken the extra time to get to know me I would probably still have the mole and it might have been to late. I will always be extremely grateful for the time he took with me and the knowledge he had to send me to have it checked so quickly. I have never had a more caring doctor.
