The first time I went to Benomran was last year and she seemed rude. But then I wenot to her again this year for my second referral ans she seemed kind. So it's a bit confusing right now. Will see how it goes in the coming days because she will be treating me. She seemed rushed though.

I agree with everyone. This office is not good! I waited 2 hours and there was no chairs to sit. Doctor was yelling and did not seen to want to help us. I ask question but she open door and walked out. The lady that helps was not helpful I asked her question but she did not know. She was rude lady. My first baby and I am worried. Dr soloman will need to find me a better office .

First and foremost, hats off to everyone that voiced their concerns on here, know that it is very critical for others to be made aware of the behavior of Doctors in their community. Physicians need to be accountable for their actions and most importantly their bedside manner and time management should not be brushed under the carpet, especially when they are billing 300+k a year!

Report Cards should be made public and Physicians should be reported especially when there are waiting list to find a Doctor. Before I make my voice heard on my experience with this Doctor's office, let’s get the facts in order. I would refer you to the website to the College of Physicians and Surgeons in Ontario. It clearly states the obligation and code of ethics they must adhere to, we must not turn a blind eye to the behavior or be intimidated by them showcasing a certificate on the wall, textbook knowledge is part of that obligation!

Physicians have an obligation both legally and ethically to ALL PATIENTS!!!
The patient must always be confident that the physician has put the needs of the patient first. This principle must correlate with all aspects of the physician’s practice every day and to everyone!

Physicians are expected to make their patient’s needs the first priority, but accomplishing this requires a broader focus than the direct physician-patient relationship. In order to meet individual patient needs, physicians should consider their contributions to their individual patients, but also to their own practice, the community, and the health care system. Physicians should hold a respected position in society and, in return, they have responsibilities. Physicians should never forget that their primary responsibility is to the patient standing before them, either individually or collectively.

I am truly thankful I reviewed this site before committing to a referral appointment for Dr. Omran, in my search for new doctors in this community, they are not in a position to waste our time, they are being paid for a service and that service has guidelines by the Government.
I recently moved to Brampton and I am shocked at the complete and unacceptable levels of service the community is accepting from Doctors in this region. Coming from Toronto, where they community holds them accountable for their actions. Mount Sinai is a great example of setting the bar high for healthcare providers.

I decided to decline my appointment to see this Doctor based on the majority of reviews on here indicating the same problem. It's not a wonder that she is taking on new patients, but yet the impression is that she is the busiest Doctor in the World, very sad.

Remind the next Doctor that you see, who gives you the impression that they are so busy and have limited time, ask them, do you have control of the person that manages your schedule? Are you not being paid for my visit today?
