Takes time and listens to you and doesn't rush you

Get rid of the mask policy. No one wears them over their mouth and nose anyway (including the staff) so stop making staff and patients wear them.
I love Dr. Karl and the time she takes to listen and answer questions.

Wait time was longer than normal, but they were having computer issues.

She takes the time with you. You don’t feel like she’s pushing you to leave. Unfortunately, this time I was pretty late getting in, but it’s the only time this has happened to me. My blood work order was not received at the lab so I had to go back to get the order, and then return to the lab. I don’t believe that was Dr. Karl’s fault, just annoying.

She takes the time to listen without shuffling me on down the line.
Sometimes as a patient we sometimes need to verbalize an issue just so we know that the dr and we are on the same page.

I have been with dr karl for 10+ years and never had a problem with her treatment plans for me.she is very aware of my unique health issues and treatment is always spot on
She's caring and professional and wouldn't want or consider another Dr.my only complaint is the sudden changes in office staff, that has been some what concerning. I.E Phone calls,referrals not handled as effectively as they were when carrie was there.
