Dr. Holly is extremely knowledgeable about diabetes. The office runs on schedule and I appreciate that they value my time. I am looking forward to my next visit when the office will relocate into the new Lutheran Hospital at 6515 Stellhorn Road which is just east of Maplecrest Road.

Dr visit started out great. The nurse dropped the ball by calling 2 prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy where I waited 1 hr, before calling ofc to verify if I was at the right place, told I was. Waited for another 1/2 hr. after pharmacist said they never received any order. Went out to my car to go home, but I called ofc back a 2nd time to verify where scripts were, I was transferred by phone by the nurse, who didn't even talk to me, to another pharmacy by phone, where the scripts were called to. I waitedat the 2nd pharmacy another hour. Left ofc @ 4:50pm, got home 3 hrs later because of the nurse who screwed up the order. Did receive a call from the ofc next day to see if I got my prescriptions, told them yes, but got no apology.

Doc is great. I was thrilled that I could get in the day I called. Later I received a call from office. Did not get to phone fastest. Voicemail left. I had to call 3x for scheduling and me to figure out who called. Got cut off after waiting. Once scheduling got a hold of the person who called all was well. It appears that Lutheran provides scheduling not the office!?!? All was well. Got in a couple hours early. Recommend doc highly
