This doctor is unbelievable! Dr. Wagner is a stereotypical doctor who is extremely arrogant and seems to be "too busy" to really care about his patients. All he seems interested in is snatching your co-pay and then making a mad dash for the door. With him, I haven't gotten an accurate diagnosis or working treatment.
