We did three IUI cycles here and finally got pregnant. It was a long road, but TRicare only covers insem, not IVF. With a low sperm count and not so hot motility, it required my hubbie to drop off quite a few samples. But, it was worth it. I wish we could have just done IVF, but insurance is soooo difficult and trying to reason with Tricare is a total waste of time! Thankfully, my hubbie did not have to get deployed during the whole process, which would have been a huge problem! Hard to get a sperm sample fedexed from Afganistan. The doctor was great. Sometimes running a little behind and the staff was pretty good.

Dr. Littman and her medical staff have been delightful and professional throughout my treatment (which I am still undergoing). I have had a negative pregnancy test and one IUI cycle canceled. With the negative test Dr. Littman called me and went over the test, our next step, and asked if I had any questions. This last cycle we had to cancel and in less than a week I was in her office with my husband going over our options. She took the time to answer all questions and never did I feel rushed at any time. She is a very busy doctor and amazingly still does all of the testing and procedures herself, including all the ultrasounds during the cycles. The only issues that I have had are with nonmedical staff. They have forgotten to tell me things or misdirected me in what to expect. Those mistakes were easily rectified once I started talking with my nurse Joanna. Overall I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone trying to undergo fertility treatments!

We went to Dr Littman after going to one of the larger fertility centers in LV. The other place was factory-like and very impersonal. The dr there did NOT even perform one single test before saying we could only get pregnant using IVF. From the moment we meet Dr Littman we know she was the right dr for us.her staff was very friendly and was helpful in getting me answers. Our first attempt with IUI was unsuccessful. Dr Littman called me personally to see if there were any questions I might of had afterward. Her staff then called me a couple days later, again to ask how I was doing and if I wanted to continue. We took a month off and then came back and did a 2nd round of IUI. We had a very scary incident and we thought it might have failed again, when dr Littman called me to confirm my pregnancy! every step of the process I felt like her staff and herself really cared.

We underwent two IVFs at Red Rock fertility, after failed attempts at Bourne clinic in the UK, Sher clinic, and CARES clinic (now closed), both in Las Vegas. I will will give my best attempt at an objective assessment of Dr. Littman. Overall: I think she is the best fertility doctor in Las Vegas, but her staff, some times, fails to communicate the IVF process. The good: Dr. Littman was the only Dr. that performed an extensive infertility testing before recommending IVF (several issues were found that impacted our previous failures). She is very knowledgeable and appears to evaluate patient record before every visit. The bad: Some instructions were confusing and her staff omitted (at times) very important instructions. The staff is critical for a good Dr/patient relationship. Lastly: EVERY IVF (IMO) clinic act like a factory and lacks some level of personal care. I never wanted to make friends or get their sympathy, so I was OK with that.

After the many test required she stated the only chance of us getting pregnant was IVF. When we asked about other options she said she did not think there was any use in trying. Because our insurance does not cover IVF we tried IUI with fertility meds and she said there was less than a 10% chance of getting pregnant this way and less that a 1% chance of getting pregnant with timed intercourse. We tried one round and I did not ovulate. We decided to take two months off, and guess what I got pregnant, with no assistance. Obviously we were lucky to get pregnant with no assistance because the 2 1/2 years prior we had not been successful, but the problem was that she completely killed my hope, she broke my spirit. She was very unsypathetic with us, and her bed side manor was very rigid.

You can basically read the statement on 3/22/10 below and you have my EXACT story....I am not one to put negativity out there, but it has become apparent to me that this Dr. Mistreats her patients when a cycle fails... It is sad to see the stories on here, as I feel for all of these people, but it is also, a relief to know that we are not alone in our experience. If my post can help one person or even Dr. Littman examine her behaivor, it will not be in vain.... I am happier now at another clinic.

Since we were not able to get pregnant on our own, we turned to Dr. Littman for her help and we immediately knew that she was the doctor for us. Dr. Littman and her staff are the most kind, caring and compassionate people you will find in the medical field.

I agree with all of the bad reviews. After my IUI failed there was no follow up appointment to discuss any concerns or why it might have failed. Dr Littman and the staff just contacted me to get the next cycle started and they wanted me to pay for two cycles up front. No words of comfort or concern just pay more and pay now to keep trying. Also when it came time to pay for my treatment the receptionist made an error in the cost ( due to inadequate communication between the staff) so all of my financial matters were on display out loud for the whole waiting room to see and here. I was very embarrassed. And not to mention when I had my procedure Dr. Littman and her partner ( who I never met and had no idea that she would be the one doing the procedure, not Dr Littman) when they came into the room they were discussing the Octomom lady and her case, talking right over me while I laid on the table. It felt like I wasn't even in the room. I was heartbroken with this Dr.

Very unhappy with my experience here. Staff was nice, but incompetent. Huge communication problems. I called to speak with Dr. Littman after a failed cycle to discuss my concerns and was called back by a nurse to address the concerns. After trying to contact the Dr. several times, I realized that no-one at this facility gave a crap, or even pretended to care. I did get several phone calls to discuss my next cycle and go over my insurance coverage. Spent loads of $ with no results and no effort to meet me to discuss my concerns. All they care about is money. They charged me $0.65 per page to obtain my records so that I could go to another clinic. I was not happy with this clinic at all and wasted my time and money.

Eva littman makes false promises. She takes your money and runs, not following through and doing the worste job possible. You are NOT well informed and once they have your money they dont care. Avoid Red Rock Fertility. Her method is hit or miss! We didnt find out about mistakes and issues with our semen and eggs until AFTER the fact. They did NOT hold up their end of the bargain when asked to retrieve viable sperm during surgery, and not saying ANYTHING until they had used the low quality specimen on our retrieved eggs. Kendra lies about what will be included in your package and mis represents what services you will be recieving. They do not keep you well informed and you must call to clarify confusing directions and to get any feedback. They just want the money.
