There was a big miscommunication at this office; I had an appointment with this Dr. and then a follow-up appointment a year later. The office had lost their notes and I needed to do the first appointment over again. I disputed the bill through my insurance company but still needed to pay it. It was a really frustrating experience. I would not book through this office again.
