I have had several appointments as a care giver and patient. We have received top quality care. I have never had any issues with the staff or Dr. Drankwalter. He has been very helpful and thoroughly listens to patient concerns.

I had an appointment at 3:30 and had gotten stuck in unexpected traffic coming from the west side of town. I left work at 2:56 in plenty of time. My GPS said I wouldn't be there until 3:40. At 3:05 I called and asked if it was okay to come at 3:40. I was told Drankwalter said no. I said "Oookay?", then the lady on the phone said, "Have a nice day" and hung up. No reschedule? No care about patients? The doctor, his workers and his practice suck.

That Michelle girl is rude and chews gum that has to be a pack at a time. Loves to roll her eyes. get rid of her!!!!!!!!! Giving you doctors a bad rep.

Both of my kids have been treated by Dr Drankwalter and he was amazing with both he also had to remove lymphnodes in my daughters neck when she was like 7. He did a wonderful job I recommend him to everyone.

I went to this doctor for help because I had two lumps in my neck. He told me he wanted me to have a needle biopsy done in return I asked for a mild sedative to help me relax for this procedure. The reason for my request was I had a bad experience where a former doctor did a needle biopsy on me 6 times trying to get fluid and a piece of the tumor from my breast. Needless to say the doctor could not get any therefore she ended up cutting my breast open with 2valiums and gave me shots of Novocain injections in my breast. As I was laying on the table I was screaming and crying because I could feel everything she was doing to me. Til this day I have serve anxiety for any procedure that has to do with my body. I feel that as a doctor he should had be more sympathetic to me. I mean seriously I have a 7 and a half inch scar left behind along with traumatizing affects. Dr. Drankwalter sent me to Dr. Massick for a second opinion he wanted to do the same thing to me I asked for a mild sedative and this doctor told me "all it is a needle in your neck" I mean these doctors are so insensitive and not understanding at all. Also the nurse person Michelle was not helpful she was very rude short and quite agitated when I asked numerous questions regarding my health. I requested for Drankwalter to call me he never did. Now I am under a different doctors care who has so far found out what wrong with me and these lumps. I hope for my life that I make it through because I wasted too much time playing cat and mouse with these doctors and Michelle. If any one needs help and you do not feel like you are being heard go somewhere else for the sake of your life you deserve to be treated with the upmost respect! No matter who you are or what type of insurance you have!!!

The staff was friendly and professional.Dr. Drankwalter was knowledgeable,friendly,and helpful I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Drankwalter just did very exstensive sinus surgery on me (like 4 days ago)...he followed me prior for this issue since 9/10. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Drankwalter! Skilled (very), kind,calm; and really, he puts the patient front and center. Nurse who attends my church learned he was my doctor and said great things about him. I am a Christian woman, with many people covering my health in prayer and I truly belive Dr. Drankwalter to have been part of the answer to those prayers.

Both of my children have had great experiences with Dr. Drankwalter. He is kind and well informed. Nothing but nice things to say about him. Wait time is short staff is lovely.
