The most unprofessional and arrogant oncologist. I will NEVER forget the day I sat with my sister while he dealt her a death sentence. He also took a phone call from a friend while I was sitting in shock at not only what he told us but how he said it. He was cold, impatient and rude.
Brace yourselves…..he MISDIAGNOSED my sister and because of this she is fighting for her life. When I am able to, I will be doing everything I can to hold him accountable for what will inevitably be the death of my sister. He is going to know that HE is responsible. Remember his name; this is NOT who you want taking care of your loved one.

I am super grateful to be in this drs care. He is compassionate and caring and tells you as it is. He gives you lots of support and hope when you need it and is firm when he needs to be. I am blessed to have him. Sneima 02/2020

Straight forward and to the point. Let me know right away that my stage 4 lung/lymph node cancer could not be cured. Due to my blocked arteries and Warfarin usage, did not want to do chemo unless absolutely necessary. After radiation and new ct scan, found that cancer showed up in more lymph nodes, we decided that I should take chemo ASAP as my overall attitude was superb. The chance of me being healthy enough to withstand it later on was minimal. So I am now taking chemo and am very confident in this man's decisions and trusting him completely! Randy Hobbs

This doctor was my dad's oncologist. He may be knowledgeable but his bedside manner was horrendous. He tefused to answer questions and in fact asked me why I was even asking questions about my dad because I was just the daughter. He was rude and very condesending. He didn't care about my dad as a person or the impact my dad's illness had on his family. It was a very stressful time and this doctor added to the stress with his lack of compassion. I hope I never have to deal with him again

I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH STATE 3 SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER 2013, DR MORZYCKI WAS TO THE POINT FIRST MEETING, LET ME KNOW THIS IS VERY VERY BAD CANCER AND THE ODDS ARE NOT GOOD, THEY WILL DO THEIR BEST BUT THIS IS AN AGGRESSIVE TUMOUR. I WENT HOME NOT FEELING VERY HOPEFUL BUT SAID TO MYSELF I WILL FIGHT THIS WITH ALL I GOT, I ALSO HAD TO HAVE RADIOLOGY AT THE SAME TIME. I ENDED UP GETTING A BLOOD CLOT THAT MY RADIOLOGIST TOOK CARE OF AS MY COMPLAINTS TO CHEMO TEAM DID NOT WORK, THEY TRIED TO PUSH THIS CLOT THROUGHT THE PICC LINE WHICH WOULD HAVE KILLED ME. NEEDLESS TO SAY DR. DAVID BOWES GOT WHAT WAS NEEDED TO BE DONE AND I AM DOING GOOD NO MORE CHEMO ONLY RADIATION WHICH IS ALSO FINISHED LAST MEETING WITH DR MORZYKCI WAS WHEN DR BOWES SHOWED HIM MY ARM FROM THE CHEMO PICC LINE, AND HE WAS VERY CERTAIN I WAS NOW CUREABLE. I SAID YOU SAID I WAS NOT EVER CUREABLE, HE SAID I MISUNDERSTOOD AND I DO NOT THINK HIS TEAM CONFERRED WITH HIM BEFORE TRYING TO FLUSH THE CLOT UP THROUGH MY ARM.

Dr. Morzycki, has been treating my husband for small cell lung cancer for the past three and a half years. He is a very knowledgeable doctor and does not try to hide anything from his patients. He is very up front but also gives you confidence in yourself to help fight the disease. He treats the whole family. Glad to have him in our lives at this time.

I was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer in December of 2012. I only met with Dr. Morzycki for the first time on March 20 - last week. I'd met with a thoracic surgeon and a radiation specialist and neither of them made me feel like I was more than a number. Dr. Morzycki explained, in detail, what was going to happen, spoke to me - not AT me and eased 3 months of worry and wondering. He didn't tell me anything I wanted to hear - this is a bad cancer, but he did tell me that he was going to treat me as aggressively as possible, and gave me an iota of hope. He is forthright, and honest and I was totally impressed by him at this one meeting. I hope to have a short relationship with him...because I feel confident that he will do everything possible to see that I live a long time to enjoy my grand-babies. Sincerely, Deb Wilson
