the staff is less than considerate and act as if they have a problem understanding that they are not skilled enough to give advice or instructions Dr Li needs to take back the power and not try and use every modality in his office to make money IT just seemed to me on my two visits that he tried to do everything the office had and that the front desk was way over involved with the need to diagnose and treat

Dr. Li showed no interest in my condition during 9 laser treatments and did no follow-up once I discontinued the out-of-pocket treatments because they produced no improvement in my problem.

I have seen Dr. Li for standard practices of pain relief, but recently was offered the option of using Low Light Laser Therapy. I have multiple sites of osteoarthritis in my joints. I was preparing myself for endoscopic spine surgery in my Lumbar region. After one application to my neck, I had no pain and could move in all directions - for the first time in 25+ yrs. The rest of my spine is gradually feeling much better. I am stronger, have little pain and can move more easily. I am astounded! I have only had 4 sessions and I am looking forward to using it on other sites in my body, as well, during the next six. I am very grateful to Dr. Li for offering this therapy and to his wonderful technician who administers the treatment. I am also grateful for Dr. Li's thorough explanation of what is happening in my body and of the different treatments that he uses. I find Dr. Li and everyone in the office to be approachable and respectful.... and on time.

Dr Li and his staff have been very helpful to me, recovering from sciatic nerve damage and much back pain and leg pain. The laser therapy has done great improvements for me and I have been very pleased with their services. The staff at Dr. Li's office is very knowledgable and friendly, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. If you're in pain, you've got nothing but things to gain....go see Dr. Li and feel better in a jiffy.

Dr. Li works fast, but he knows what he's doing. Pain can be a very complex thing to treat so finding the right approach may take a few visits. His techniques have been very helpful and he tries to find the root cause of pain rather than just prescribing narcotics. It seems like the people posting negative reviews only met him once and didn't like his personality. How can they judge if he's a good doctor or not? Can you tell if your mechanic is good just by talking to them?

I came to CA from the east coast where they had me on narcotics for pain and tried no other modality. After coming here, I detoxed on my own and had been so miserable after on top of my pain, which is all over my body with different causes. Dr. Li has tried a couple different ways to help me, including injections (which admittedly made the pain worse) and now I am going into my last week of laser therapy. I believe the negative comments left on this site are from those who have not given Dr. Li and his staff enough time to prove themselves. It has taken just over a month of driving twice a week over 40 miles one way to get to the clinic to receive my therapy, but it is working! My point is that YOU HAVE TO EDUCATE YOURSELF & WORK WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN! Pain is intrinsic and a difficult puzzle to solve at times, as mine is- I have been dealing with this for over 15 years. It's not going to go away in one visit and once I came to realize that I was a much more contented patient.

Dr. Li & his staff are the very best staff I have ever dealt with, and I've had 14 major operations that have nothing to do with their office! The one thing I can say for every person on Dr. Li's Staff--himself included, is that they have hed hope in their hands for me when I felt like I had none for myself! They have given my life back to me, and it has been a very slow and painful process. NOT from what they do, from from what other members of the medical community do to me! I Thank God for this Staff DAILY!!!
