After two years of searching, I found the best. What a wonderful feeling from the staff before meeting Dr. Carbone! Homey, friendly, and anxious to see to it that all goes well. Upon meeting Dr. Carbone, I found not only a fine podiatrist but someone who showed the interest of a friend. The orthotics he prescribed are excellent.

I hesitated to go to the doctor for my foot issue, but when I could barely walk, I finally went to Dr. Carbone. I was so pleasantly surprised with his personality, knowledge, the fact that he listened to me and answered my questions. He quickly pinpointed my issue and gave me options and told me about each. Dr. Carbone was so reassuring that he would do all he could to help me. When he mentioned that based on my issue and our conversation, he was going to give me a cortizone shot, I was a bit petrified. He reassured me that he wouldn't hurt me, and he didn't. In ten days, my foot pain was gone, and I could walk "normal" again. I'm so happy. I would recommend Dr. Carbone to anyone with foot pain or issues.

Did not elicit confidence. Prescribed heavy steroids but never addressed the actual problem or maybe didn't believe I had foot pain. I waited weeks for the appointment and still feel like I have no answers. Just weird and pointless

A true artist!! Dr. Carbone Removed a bunion from my foot. Wow !!!!what a difference it looks amazing. I had bunion surgery years ago and suffered terribly. The experience with Dr Carbone was knight and day . A lot of un necessary pain and discomfort from my first bunion removal. This time It was a relatively pain-free procedure. He makes you feel comfortable and safe he is knowledgeable and has a true concern for his patients well being. He’s staff is wonderful friendly and attentive. Dr. Carbone is truly an artist when it comes to podiatry, he’s treats each patient with the very best care. I would definitely recommend him to anyone “ he’s your guy” . Dr. Carbone and the staff at Rochester Foot Care are the best! Dr. Carbone has preformed various procedures on my feet, and toes over the past 20 years and the results have always been perfect.
Dr. Carbone is the consummate professional and is at the top of his medical profession. I have recommended him to many friends and relatives over the years and will continue to do so.

I went to a Strong Memorial to have the middle toe on my right foot fixed and they did not do it properly. Dr. Carbone operated on it and now it is fixed correctly and I am no longer in pain. Thank you Doctor Carbone.

On behalf of "Rochester Foot Care" , my comment is meant to applaud Dr. Carbone for the recent work done on my Left foot. I sincerely write this so anyone checking gets an honest and valid review of what I experienced prior to seeing Dr. Carbone. A short backdrop is that for 10 years of my life, I worked for a Podiatry Group as circulating nurse and liaison between the doctors and patients. I was taught a great deal during my time and loved every minute, every day.
October 2019 I had major surgery done on my left foot for a fallen arch. It was quite extensive and knew it would be. One year later and still under the care of the original podiatrist who always told me to be patient. This I was. Every appointment thereafter consisted of an X-ray and a 5 minute check as to where I was. Time also slipped by with my concerns of several issues I was experiencing. The last visit with him brought me to tears and I left, never to go back. I needed a second opinion and this is where I found Dr. Carbone. My biggest complaint was that my 3rd, 4th and 5th digits curled and were quite bothersome. (I went through physical therapy, etc.)
Dr. Carbone was perplexed with the amount of work done but understood my one issue of my 3 toes curling. He performed Flexor Tenotomies, on all three toes, and let me tell you it has made me the happiest patient ever!
Dr. Carbones professional and caring attitude has meant much to me. I strongly recommend him to anyone who needs help with their feet. I look forward to working with him on other issues left from this major surgery, of which he understands.
Lastly, I want to give high kudos for his staff who, as well are professional and remarkable! GREAT TEAM!
