I had booked a consultation 2 months in advance about an abscess that keeps refilling, I forgot the week that the appointment was on, I had a home apprasial. So I was very busy and I called to cancel a week before. I 100% remember calling. I am 20 years old, there isn’t many doctors I go to in order to mix it up.

When I called back to rebook the receptionist was rude and told me the Dr has a policy about no shows and he won’t see me.

Even if I didn’t call, it would’ve been 1 appointment I missed, whatever happened to a warning? Seems like this doctor thinks his patients should revolve their whole schedule around him with no exceptions. I will be telling everybody I know to avoid this office like the plague

Saw this doctor for a colonoscopy around June. Had a hemorrhoid operation 30 years ago which had recurred slightly, After this colonoscopy, I had a situation that was 10 times worst and he allowed me 30 seconds after the operation. Wish I could sew him but I know it’s a battle I would lose because these doctors are so protected. Now I’m waiting for a specialized clinic in Toronto to get back to me to repair the damage this idiot did.
