I find Dr. Balouchi to be very attentive. She listens to what you are saying. So far she has hit the nail on the head with any medical issues I've had. Very comfortable to talk to about problems. Staff at her new location are very friendly and courteous, on telephone and in office.

Love my doctor, Dr. Balouchi is a very honest doctor and if she don't know the answer she'll find it for you. You always leave her office feeling better knowing that she is taking care of you the best of her capabilities. No question you have is wrong!! Dr. Balouchi never races you out the door makes you feel welcomed and does her best to get to know you on a personal level too. A lot of my family all see her and when I go in she normally asks how everyone is...best part is I know she cares cause she asks using their name. Very few doctors don't even remember who you are when you walk in they have to look it up!!

Best doctor by far. She takes time and listens to your problems, never makes you feel as though you are wasting her time, she cares and looks into your problems until she finds an answer. She never blows off your issues. If you're looking for a family doctor I'd recommend her 100%

I started with Dr. Balouchi when she opened her practice in Mt Albert. She is thorough, has been understanding and not judgemental, has shown genuine concern and compassion for my health issues and has a great sense of humour. Highly recommended and I'm glad I have her as my physician
