Great, kind and knowledgeable Dr. I went to see him as I was having ear problems after a cold. He checked my ears and that’s about it. I was told that I needed an urgent audiogram and that I may have hearing loss. He refused to prescribe anything to me. I asked 2x for at least a nasal spray and he said “it’s not going to help me” but he prescribed it anyways. After a few days I saw my family dr who thoroughly checked my ears, nose, throat and my breathing. Turns out I still had a chest cold AND some simple antibiotics would help with that and clear up my plugged ears. I was freaked out about hearing loss by this Dr Bell for nothing!!! He really doesn’t like prescribing anything. Very disappointed and won’t be going back to this clinic.

As he was about to close on a very snowy evening, Dr. Ian Bell was the only doctor that took my daughter in after 3 other walk in clinics turned us away. He was patient and very kind. Thank you for doing an amazing job and referring us in the right direction.

Dr Bell is always available. We email her on holiday at 6 am and he replies us right away. He is very knowledgeable in different areas of practice. My daughter likes him. Once she had eye infection when she was 5 years old and called him and explained to him everything on phone without telling us. That shows how kids feel safe around him.
