Dr Ng is very nice doctor. He always explain the problem and has long time experience and very helpful. However, I stop seeing him because of the receptionist. One of the receptionist is TERRIBLE. She is not helpful and really rude , and don't like attitude. I don't even want to give any star for her. Once again, Nothing wrong with doctor.

What can I say about this dentist you will never meet somebody who is so professional and kind and who will put you at ease the minute you meet him ,the quality of a service is unparallelled, he makes sure you are comfortable with all aspects of the procedure and he goes over the cost and is very thoroughly detailed I actually look forward to going to the dentist when I see Dr. Ng because I know my experience is going to be a pleasant one and I leave feeling that the job was done right and pain-free. If all healthcare providers could model after him the world would be a much better place. Dr. Ng is an awesome dentist. I saw him for the first time a few days ago and thought I needed an extraction or root canal but he was able to find another non invasive way to fix the problem and I am so grateful. He even took time to send me a follow up email to see how I was doing after. He has excellent bedside manner, he is calm, funny, and very respectful and kind. He helped greatly put my fears at ease. His staff are excellent as well and very kind. I was so nervous to see a new dentist since I have had the same dentist since I was little but because we moved I couldn't see my original dentist anymore but I am confident I found a good new replacement. I will definitely be bringing my family to Dr. Ng's in the future. If you're nervous with dentists or are looking for a new dentist, Dr. Ng is your guy.

Dr. Ng is an exceptional dentist. He is friendly, caring and has an extremely high level of knowledge along with many years of experience. I never feel anxious when seeing him because he does such amazing work. I have seen him for years and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist. After the procedure is complete Dr.Ng comes in to examine your teeth and mouth .Dr.Ng is friendly and always greets you by name with a warm smile. He speaks in clear easy to understand terms about any problems and uses the most advanced equipment to show you his concerns in order to keep your smile bright and your mouth healthy.
