Receptionist at his office never answers the phone and it's a gamble whether she replies to your messages or not. The report from my appointment with Dr. Mohseni included stuff that was a blatant lie (ie: he stated I was uncomfortable with meds, when in reality HE said he was uncomfortable prescribing me meds.) He also diagnosed with me with overactive bladder but then wrote Interstitial cystitis on the report. Not happy with my experience.

I saw Dr. Mohseni for blood I have been having in my urine. He did a cystoscopy. He took the time to explain why I might be having this blood and to explain the procedure. D. Mohseni and the nursing staff were great at making me comfortable as I was nervous.

He was beyond rough with me..literally tore my skin. I said ow over and over and he didn't stop or ease up. He also did an internal exam and didn't warn me before starting or ask me if I was ready for it which is SO unprofessional and part of why I tore. I quite literally feel traumatized for the whole experience which was supposed to be a simple procedure.

Waited two hours for a cystoscopy and then was rushed out. Receptionist was beyond rude. Dr. Mohseni made a comment that rubbed me the wrong way "Oh you're a Smith, we don't get many of those - I just see Singhs, Gills, and Kaurs nowadays." I told him I was nervous and he laughed, an ounce of empathy would be nice.

I haven’t had too many surgeries other than an appendectomy when I was 19 and I thank God for that. Fast forward almost 50 years, I was diagnosed with BPH which required a TURP procedure and I thank God for being referred to Dr. Mosheni. A doctor with a big grin and a bigger heart, good humor and most of all a skillful surgeon with so much humanity. I never realized so many men are inflicted with this BPH until I got ill and that the lineup for the corrective surgery is long. With my son’s wedding coming up in May of last year, the last thing I wanted was to have a catheter (though invisible) attached while giving speech and making toasts. Dr. Mosheni managed to schedule me in in April, day before my birthday (born again Jimmy when I woke up) so I could recover well enough for the wedding ceremony. He didn’t have to do that but he did and I appreciated that forever and a day.

Good bedside manner, doesn't rush & explains everything well, knows his stuff. Probably the best urologist in the GTA (if not Ontario as a whole.)

Dr. Mohseni is a great Doctor. He is very knowledgeable and he takes the time to be very thorough with his patients. I am very happy that I got referred to him as I feel as I am in good hands. His staff is also very nice, helpful and friendly. Thanks to all for welcoming me in and taking good care of me!

I am so happy that Dr. Mohseni is looking after my father. My father just had surgery last week and is home now. I feel very thankful for his expertise and knowledge ! Wonderful surgeon and he has a very good bedside manner.

My father was diagnosed with cancer, and my family doctor contacted Dr. Mohseni directly. Almost immediately we were contacted by Dr. Mohseni's staff members, and my father was called in to see him and booked for an emergency surgery. Dr. Mohseni is a kind, respectable and knowledgeable doctor, and he made the entire process smooth and informed us throughout the way. His staff were beyond exceptional, working hard to fit us in and keep an eye out for our test results, etc. I cannot thank Dr. Mohseni and the wonderful staff at his office enough - their dedication to helping our family will never be forgotten. Thanks to Dr. Mohseni and his staff, my father is doing well and cancer-free!

I just meet Dr. Mohseni for the first time yesterday and I have to say I was impressed with his knowledge and he took time to explain all my tests results to me. Very nice Doctor.
