Dr Mohseni’s office staff need to take getting back to patients who have been referred to him seriously. The we will call you soon nonsense has to stop! Anyway I had my appointment with him earlier this month, waited 3 hours in the hospital along with others as he was busy with emergency cases as well as regular appointments. He knows his stuff, very straight forward and to the point you go in get the procedure you came for and you are out. A no nonsense skilled Surgeon. Remember he’s your doctor not your friend, all you folks complaining about his bedside manner give it a rest.

The staff answering the phones are doing their best under the difficult pandemic conditions-even though she was very busy she was kind and empathetic.The Doctor and his staff are dealing with a deluge of patients as he is a renowned urologist. He is a "doctors Doctor"the MDs themselves go to him.I am grateful to have someone with his skill an knowledge in Canada. He has a sense of humour that puts you at ease.

Waited 3 hours in the waiting room just for him to refer me to another urologist saying I should get the "interstim." He didn't tell me much about it but after googling I've found out it's meant to be LAST RESORT for treating overactive bladder. I've only tried one medication that he gave me, there are 5 others as well as Botox and physical therapy. Majorly questioning why he'd encourage a patient to jump right into an invasive procedure before trying less risky and permanent options.

Unfortunately i can't comment on the doctors capabilities. After sitting half naked in the waiting room for two and a half hours at a scheduled appointment, i ran out of patience. Got dressed,told the staff how inconsiderate and unprofessional i found this experience to be and left.

Highly recommend Dr. Mohseni. I had a Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy done in August 2020 and he made the entire process very smooth. His whole team is amazing. This was my first surgery ever and I was very nervous but he and his whole team were very supportive. I am extremely grateful that he did my surgery

I have ben seeing Dr. Mohseni for BPH for six years now. His staff are friendly at every visit and make me feel welcome. Dr. Mohseni has a good sense of humour and puts me at ease when I am there.

His Staff never replied to any calls nor booked any appointments after my first visit. I needed follow up session with Dr. Mohseni but his staff, are absolutely not cooperative in any aspects. Once I could reach her secretary after a year, she said I had to wait for their call for an appointment which never has happened. His staff show attitude and are negligent & rude.

Dr. Mohseni has been taking care of my father for bladder cancer and follow ups since 2015. He is a wonderful doctor and listened to my dads concerns around treatment and tailored it to his needs. He has been a blessing for our family! Thank you Dr. Mohseni!
