I have been going to Dr. MacDonald for about ten years now. Haven't had any issues with the staff and only once did I have to wait more than ten minutes. Dr. MacDonald sometimes annoys me because he is up on everything with my care and sometimes I wish he would forget a few things. But, this is my point and why I have stuck with him. He cares which is the sign of a good Doctor. I have complete confidence in him and know that he is always up on my care. He is a ten in my book.

Worst staff ever. Rude receptionist tried to answer a medical question I had and she is not properly trained. Appointments are never on time and I was told by a doctor that they treat Robins not parrots. So if you have any kind of a complex medical diagnosis stay away.

Staff was rude to me. Sat in waiting room for 35 min. Have been to Dr,MacDonald many times he always wants you back for another office visit. Almost Never calls and follows up. Is slow to get Info to referals. I will be finding a new Dr.

Dr Macdonald is a great guy. He really knows how to make you feel better, just by his personality.
