Google Irving M Stillman. Lost his license to practice in Maryland during early 80's. Lost his appeal as well, questioned states authority to monitor his unprofessional behavior.

Board "eligible" since 1961. Never certified per state records. Medicates young children (ages 4-10)with antipsychotics rather than use one on one therapy. He relies on "Therapy Aids" and nurses to manage the child's care..Stillman is just an MD signature on a prescription. Unfit mothers with poor to no parenting skills love this guy. He cares not that the drugs he prescribes can permanently damage a developing child's brain and nervous system. He has no hospital privileges for a reason.
