I went to the ER at Johnson City Medical Center last night on Feb 18th 2009 and was seen by a P.A. Nanny. I was in pain from a migraine and infected tonsils. He was annoyed because I was unable to keep my antibiotics down because I had been vomiting and did not care one bit about my migraine. He gave me Nubain which did not help then gave me a medication via i.v. similar to imitrex which still did not help me. He obviously does not know what a migraine is and how very painful they can be. When he first came in the room he spoke my name so loudly that it startled me. He never came into check on me or anything. I went to my doctor the next day and my doctor diagnosed me with a abscessed tonsil and ear infections. So the P.A. Nanney mis-diagnosed me. I have written many complaints in regards to the Johnson City Medical Center and their horrible doctors and nothing ever gets done about it. So please avoid this hospital at all costs (if you can).
