Dr. Cruz is very thorough and has excellent manners, he is very personable and explain everything.

Not unlike other Dr's, you have to wait in the waiting room for quite a while - it seems. But, I'd chalk that partly up to Dr. Cruz being very thorough. Also, he has excellent bed-side manner (aka quite personable) and is happy to explain things so that you understand.

I was misdiagnosed by a optometrist. Dr Cruz found a problem and sent me to a retinal specialist. The problem was a hole in my retina. which was dealt with immediately. This guy saved my left eye.

Dr. Cruz is a decent doctor but the organization and reception at his office is just terrible. His receptionist is rude and barely if ever answers the phone or responds to voicemails. Finding a new eye doctor just because of this issue.

Dr. Cruz was so helpful. I was referred to him less than a week ago, and was able to get in today as there was a cancellation. Before this, I was on a wait list elsewhere for multiple months. Dr. Cruz was super friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand and remember, without making me feel rushed at all . He definitely assisted me through an empathetic and patient approach.
