I have been taking my children to Dr. Organ for almost 7 years now and am very satisfied. He is no longer working out of the Children's Clinic in Harker Heights. He is now working in Temple for Scott & White and we now make the trip out there to see him. It's a little out the way but well worth it. He is the most knowledgable and caring pediatrician we have been to. He listens to all out concerns and NEVER rushes us. He's very down to earth as well. The new clinic he is working out of is a major improvement. The office staff and nurses are very friendly and the nurse call backs are very prompt. Dr. Organ has personally called me with one of my children's test results. I honestly can't praise Dr. Organ enough, he's definitely been a blessing to our family.

Dr. Organ is a phenomenal doctor. His support staff doesn't seem very motivated to keep business running. He is always running behind, I think because he is overbooked. He is a developmental pediatrician, so many of his patients are high needs which equates to longer appointments. He listens to the parents and doesn't discount the input we had about our children. He has always sent us to phenomenal specialists and seems to know who to send the kids to in general to avoid poor care. But, if your kid needs lots of paperwork filled out or auths routinely signed, sit back and wait. It may take forever to get signed, and it may get lost. He is a fantastic doctor, but he needs more or better support staff to make his practice more functional for the population he serves.

Dr. Organ is always friendly and knowledgeable. His staff, especially the nurses, seem disinterested and unhappy to be there. Appointments are never seen on time. Expect an hour or so of waiting after your scheduled appointment time. The play area is very dirty with broken toys. I only keep going there because of Dr. Organ.

Dr. Organ has always been very helpful and understanding with my children. One of the best doctor's I have had for my children. My daughter would not take a throat culture and Dr. Organ addressed her concerns talked to her and got the culture done, she fought him a little but in the end she relaxed and he was able to continue with the exam.

This doctor was one of the rudest I have ever met. My son came in after having an asthma attack. First he over reacted. He did this without even reviewing my sons file. The doctor that he replaced had basiclly told us what to do but that it would be a good idea to bring him in if we needed a perscription of prednisone. Instead this idiot threaats to call CPS because my wife asked him to just let us give him a treatment. He basically wanted us to spend $500 on an ambulance even though the hospital is across the street. He was not willing to hear anything we have to say. Then to top it all off he said he was "firing us" as patients. A real winner. We took my son to get a second option and our new doctor even said he was terrible for doing this. And guess what...our son is fine. In short he did not bother to learn his patient before making an assessment. Also his staff was rude and treated us like criminals and made us wait for 45 minutes before finishing up. We felt terrible.
