Not very good. Beside luck of medical facts his office staff is very unpleasant.
Appointments for basic ECG took 9 month's and analysis was done in a 1-minute rush w/o explaining or going into any details.

I have seen Dr Stronger a few times now and every time I was very impressed. He has sent me for the appropriate tests to get to the bottom of my issues. I am so very thankful to be his patient.
I have always been treated with respect by his receptionist as well.

After seeing a previous cardiologist who said nothing wrong, saw Dr. Stronger who knew right away my problem, sent me to another specialist who knew what treatment to resolve my problem. Dr. Stronger soft spoken, tells you his treatment plan . As for his front desk staff never had an issue, minimal wait time!

I find Dr Stronger very helpful and goes out of his way to make sure he finds out what the problem is. Sent me for tets and didn't leave me hanging. His receptionist on the other hand is another story. She is very rude, condescending and basically told me I was lying. How can I be lying if I never received what she said she sent me! Either she never sent it or it got lost in the mail but that dosen't give her the right to talk to me the way she did. I was shocked. If it wasn't that I liked Dr Stronger so much I would be asking to see a different doctor.

Xl had a follow up appointment to se Dr Stronger after a procedure I had got done several years ago. He was very thorough and took his time to explain everything to me. I appreciated that.

dr stronger told me 3 yrs ago if i did not open heart surgery before that exams ( 3 min ) that i wud die. I got a 2 nd opinion and am now on a tavi wait list. His diagnosis was so off base that i was depressed until i talked to real cardiac surgeon at St boniface hospital 3 yrs ago. He assured me i did not need any surgery at that time and was ok to travel to our vac home on Mesa AZ. Worst Dr i hv ever incountered!!!

Dr Stronger’s staff needs to attend courses on how to deal with patients. If Dr Strongers receptionist is away, you can stand there and the other girl just ignores you. My husband canceled an appointment by telephone and he was spent a bill for a missed appointment. We called and it was canceled due to her replacement being incompetent. As for Dr stronger, he should schedule his appointments further apart. Patients are forced to wait for an hour or longer past the appointed time, and he doesn’t even apologize. He is rude, abrupt, and actually has a sign outside his office stating that you may have to wait 1 hour or longer past your appointed time to see him. If your g.p. Refers you to him, ask for another cardiologist rather than going to this poorly managed office and inconsiderate doctor. There is lots of good cardiologists in Winnipeg

Dr. Stronger is very good but the front staff are so bad that I am thinking of asking my Family Physician for a different cardiologist. The admin staff at the front gossip terribly and loudly about patients. Very unprofessional. Dr. Stronger's secretary sent me a letter about a missed appointment. In actuality I had called the week before to cancel. She says she did not get the message because she was sick that week. Also it would also help if patients could be given a heads up about the many changes and expectations during the pandemic.
