I have been going to D r Yau since I was a small child he took such good care of me and my family. Great doctor his newest staff so called Nurse with no compassion and try calling his office no answer because she always to busy smoking.

Dr Yau is an amazing Dr but his Nurse Rose not pleasant at all not helpful.

Let me start by saying Dr. Yau is an amazing doctor. Rose the clinic nurse is the most caring person I have ever met. My father is not well, Rose has taken my calls in the evening and weekend when I was stressed and concerned about my father's blood pressure. I asked her if she could come to the house to check his blood pressure and see if he taking his medications properly. Without hesitation, she confirmed with Dr. Yau and came to my parent's home. She was amazing and lifted my father's spirit when he saw her. God bless them both.

I can't say enough about Dr. Yau and Rose the nurse. I called Rose over the weekend regarding a mental breakdown I was having, she listened to me and helped me find free services to deal with my issues.

Amazing is all I can say.

I am a patient of Dr. Yau's at his St. Clair office, I read some of the reviews and it's obvious that there is a big difference between the service from his Scarborough office and his St. Clair office. I don't know any doctor's office that works on holidays and Dr. Yau at his
St. Clair office does. They scheduled me for a virtual appointment today and as always I was very pleased. Dr. Yau is pleasant and knowledgeable. His clinic nurse Rose is amazing she explains everything in detail, calls back even on her day's office. Sounds like they need another nurse like Rose at the Scarborough.

He doesn't see patients in his Scarborough office meanwhile my specialists all see patients in their offices. He doesn't know how to operate a computer his staff told me after I requested a referral to a clinic in a hospital downtown. They wanted him to use their form on their website. He doesn't like if you ask questions (gets hostile if you do).
When I attempted to explain one of my medical conditions he said in an angry tone "only I ask the questions". He is only available via phone two days a week. Getting a prescription refill is a nightmare. His staff loose the refill requests from pharmacies and try and blame the pharmacy.

I am a new patient of Dr. Yau and I am so please to have him as my new family doctor. He is very knowledgeable and I appreciate the fact that he has a clinic nurse at his St. Clair location, she is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Wish is was available more days at the St. Clair location.

Dr. Yau is a great doctor, very knowledgeable and explains in detail. I have to say that the nurse Rose that works with him is amazing. Very knowledgeable as well and very organized(returns calls) not to mention compassionate, she really takes the time to explain things and follow up with you. Great service.
