I have had several sicknesses that have required Dr. Pfister to really have to work and find the answer. He succeded on providing a answer and a avenue for resolution. I am never hurried in his office and he takes the time to answer the questions I have on any medical conditions that are necessary, even if i'm having a problem with my depression he allows me the time to cry or whatever to get through this. He never fails to ask about my family members (by name). I just feel the personal and professional treatment I receive is out of the ordinary in this day and time.
