Best doctor I've ever had. Full stop. After going through about 6 different physicians over a span of about 20 years (hit and miss), I've now been with Doctor Joe for about 15 years. Informative, caring, knowledgeable. I can email him my malaises with pics and within minutes there's reply and a prescription waiting for me at my pharmacy. I love this guy!

Dr. Massad is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had. The ability to email him about a simple question or for a script refill saves so much time and money - he is not one of those doctors that fills the waiting room with people waiting for a simple thing like a regular prescription refill. This eliminates a lot of the waiting you find in most offices. He is kind, respectful and always makes you feel comfortable in the office.

I've written 2 reviews in the past and my views have not changed about this clinic or dr.

Since I started taking wheeltrans almost 2 and a half years ago, they've been very accommodating, booking my appointments around my rides.

My next appointment is worry some, I know he'll ease my troubled thoughts, he always has.

He's now been around for my 5th surgery which also had complications.

I really appreciate that he knows what he's talking about, that's what's kept me as his patient for about 19 years.

Reception has improved over the years, his wife and daughter really know what they're doing, and both help me out when needed.

Keep up the good work.

The good - I absolutely love that I can email Dr. Massad rather than going in. It avoids so many unnecessary trips and frees up his time to see other patients (and my time too.) He will conveniently send an Rx through to my local pharmacy without me having to pick it up. He is also down-to-earth and helpful and has a great bedside manner, especially with my kids. He's seen me through some rough times and been genuinely supportive. My limited background in health means am prone to self-diagnose(!) but I do my homework and go with suggestions and questions, which he consistently supports, rather than chastising me for.
The other - I find he doesn't delve into things as much as he could. As well, the receptionists have been a bit flaky. The older lady he employed, while I respected him for giving her a job -
was sometimes quite abrupt and became quite forgetful and hard of hearing at the end, which made simple tasks like booking an appointment difficult. The newer receptionists have been better, although a little more 'friendliness' with patients wouldn't go amiss.
