I wish him the best on a well deserved retirement. His replacement who left Cambridge why? is no longer taking patients but there are other specialists in Milton Burlington Oakville region who will with a shorter wait list.

Dr Hanna was brilliant, compassionate and supportive. Prior to seeing him I had been unable to walk upright for almost a year. People were suggesting that it was mental. Yet he was the first doctor to actually send me for the appropriate tests. Two years of quacks were watching me go downhill, before Dr Hanna came along and properly assessed and diagnosed me. He realized that the assault I suffered thru had actually caused damage. Because of him, I was able to have charges of aggravated assault against my abuser filed by a JP. Because of him, I was able to get on ODSP as having medical disabilities. He was a godsend!! Because of him, I went from the whining weird drug seeking lady to the patient in pain who badly needed PT and treatment. I haven't had anything near that bad an episode since his kindness. Because doctors believe me when I say I'm in pain now. And we hop on it now. It's a true loss to medicine that he has retired. Thank you so much Dr Hanna. I believe you saved my life.

Dr Hanna is retired. He was the best doctor I have ever seen. I have had a lifetime battle of disease and pain. I lost most of my mobility and quality of life. He gave it all back to me with compassion knowledge and a very wonderful supportive staff. Its easy to only see the bad in our doctor when your in so much pain. Sometimes we just don't ask the right questions because of pain and lack of understanding of our disease. Sometime we don't really hear what the doctor is saying to us because of the pain. But Dr Hanna always did what was best for each individual. He explained what was happening to our bodies and of course referred us to the arthritis society and anywhere else he thought would help us. Congratulation to You Dr Hanna on your retirement , you are missed, Thank you for giving me my life back

How does Arthritis cause death you may wonder. By prescribing Miracle drugs like Remicade and Humira and Embrel .?This is one of the most morally bankrupt health care doctors in our opinion. When your doctor asks how good your Insurance provider is and whats your deductable, don't assume that your doctor is asking for your benefit my friend.

Would not even explain my diagnosis, told me to get in touch with the arthritis society and they would explain it. Does not respond to messages if he even gets them. Does not write out prescriptions and hasn't a clue how to send them via the internet. If this guy was ever competent he certainly isn't now. Just seems to be going through the motions. Three visits and he changes my diagnosis every time. I'll never get the help I need at this rate. Receptionist tells me she doesn't have time to check the messages EVERY day, what gives?? Old bubbling dr with a lazy receptionist...perfect!

I have just come from Dr. Hanna, and outside of my own GP I have never had a more thorough and personable doctor. He asked lots of questions, examined me and then explained the prognosis, going through the results of each test one by one, explaining what the numbers meant. He explained my illness and how we would move forward, did some additional tests in his office. If I am going to be diagnosed with something i've never even heard of, then I want to be treated by someone who is knowledgeable and explains everything to me. I would highly recommend this doctor, it was great not to feel rushed, or any questions were silly, and I left feeling very confident i'm in the right hands.

I painfully spent many years as a patient of this doctor before I finally got into my current doctor. This guy is nothing but a mumbling pill pusher. It's like pulling teeth to get any information from him. "Do I need a bone density test?" "Is there any issues with my bloodwork?" "Are there any new medications that might be more effective?" This doctor is useless. He is not up on current more modern protocols for RA. If your parent is a patient of his, please go as their advocate because this guy is horrible to understand, lackadaisical, and in many of my appointments simply asked if I needed a prescription renewal. He definitely needs to retire.

I was referred to Dr. Hanna for a second opinion/look at my PSA because I didnt feel I was getting to proper treatment from my previous Rhuematologist. I was really nervous going in, because I have had so many poor experiences with new Dr.'s. But he was absolutely phenomenal! He was very direct, to the point, his knowledge and information was amazing! He was very laid back and overall by the end of my appointment, I walked away with more knowledge about my psoriatic Arthritis than I had attained in the previous 4 years since being diagnosed. He immediately decided to put me on a new treatment and he was very thorough with information regarding it. You can really tell that he has a vast knowledge in his field. He isnt there to socialize and I dont feel he is a drug doctor at all...he is there to help you achieve a quality of life. Not hinder you! AMAZING DOCTOR!
