I've been trying to find Dr. Jones since she left Kaiser and my family had to switch from Kaiser. Need to reconnect so she help us now.

I have been with this Dr for four years now and she has helped me in amazing ways. Without her I am not sure where I would be with my depression. She is the first one to make me feel like I am not crazy and I am always able to talk to her and tell her the truth. She feels more like an knowledgeable friend more than a psychiatrist.

Dr. Jones is the best doctor my kids have ever seen! What others are seeing as arrogant, to me is just confident. She doesn't try to pretend that she knows something if she doesn't (which is rare b/c she knows so darn much) & I really appreciate that. She's honest and has integrity which I find is lacking in many doctors these days. She is so funny- cracks myself and my kids up everytime. Can't imagine her having a life outside of this job-she dedicates herself to it completely & gives over 100%, both in the office and outside (calls on her day off/weekend/evenings). I have never seen a doctor so good with teenagers- we call her the teen whisperer. My kids have refused to talk to any psychiatrist before her, but they don't want to leave her office! She's smart as a whip, but I expected that- UCLA, Johns Hopkins, the Mayo Clinic... If she ever left Kaiser, my kids and I will follow her anywhere!!

Dr. Jones is pretty much amazing, we like her a lot. Yes she can be arrogant and blunt, however she is also very honest and will admit when she doesn't know what's wrong. Our 4 year old has a very confusing case with a wide range of variants and different diagnosis. My husband and I are always in control of what medicine and dose she is given. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and we are happy to have her looking over our daughter. She shows great dedication in treating our daughter and she clearly wants to do everything possible to help our child in finding the right diagnosis. She may not be the "warmest" or "kindest" but she is hardworking, honest, calls you back promptly, gives you control with her guidance, caring, and smart! I wouldn't have anyone else!

This doctor does not look into any other methods of treating so called ADHD other than medications. She put my son on Adderall after talking with his dad and my son for 45 minutes. And now on Prozac. She was extremely rude when I suggested alternative solutions stating that I had no idea what I was talking about and yelled at me several times during our phone conversation. Her staff has been helpful, but I've yet to see any compassion from her. I found her arrogant and not approachable.

Heather is one of the rare doctors that is actually helpful and really listens to a patients opinions, concerns or special needs when it comes to deciding a treatment option. She is straight forward and to the point. She'll be brutally honest with you if you ask her opinion on something so watch out if you don't want to know the bitter truth. I have been a patient for 4 years now. She is a very kind, outgoing individual who has all kinda of interesting opinions and rants to hear about life.

This woman went off her rocker when I informed her that we would changing physicians. She went into a rant about being overworked and dissed on the Kaiser network. She actually mocked and berated me when I asked her a question about medication. She should be fired.

Dr Jones is warm, kind, and fun to talk to! She returns call and emails the same day, and it feels like she is there to serve YOU. This is one of those rare doctors who cares more about her patients than her time, and is willing to put in extra for a patient experiencing an emergency, like me. I am so grateful to be one of her patients.
