I have seen Dr. Johnson in person and also via video. She is amazing. She helped me through a lifetime of trauma and also helped me learn how to break the cycle. She empowered me to be independent by teaching me (patiently) tools and ways of thinking. Not by just "telling me", but by consistently teaching me time and time again through using my real-life examples that were happening. We would take those things that were happening, break them down, discuss the "whys" and then discuss the work through. In this way, it slowly "proved" to me that what I was learning was correct, because I saw it working in action. She also did not throw medications at me. She slowly worked to determine what I needed and got me on exactly the right thing. It was nothing like what a family doctor would have prescribed! Through my work with her I have been able to stop counseling. I know that if I need it again in the future, I have her as a resource.

Dr Jeanne Johnson has been a godsend, I have been working with her for about 6 years and her compassion and help have gotten me through a lot over the years I have worked with her

I have seen many different psychiatrists and psychologists in my life time and none have helped me as much as Dr. Johnson has. She is very understanding and easy to talk to. She has helped me get off some medications and onto new medication that has worked well for me. I'm not the same person since I started seeing Dr. Johnson. :)
