She quit seeing my daughter because the medicine she prescribed to her caused her to develop qt prolongation of the heart. 10 years later we tried to schedule appointment for my other daughter. Her staff never left messages. The only way I knew that they called was I googled the number. Then her staff called and left a nasty message saying she had left messages. We called back and they didn’t return our call until a week later and said that they were not accepting new patients. Which isn’t what their website states!

She is an excellent psychiatrist. She has been treating our son for 3 years now and her comprehensive care has made amazing positive changes in his life. She is a rarity in her profession.

Ths Dr. is very stricted about seeing our son every month for a refill. We have to drive 30 miles to see her and hope we can get the appt into our schedule. Also, the staff is not very insurance-friendly. If you use Medco, they will not contact them directly like our other doctors will. She is nice and patient and knowledgeable though.

Cancelled the appt after receiving the angry reminder that if I did not cancel my first appt today, I would be charged. Is this how they practice? Cancellation fees for patient's they send running? And they seriously think I would entrust my child's care to them? Nope.

The doctor served us with a letter to dismiss herself from our son,certified in the mail,never has any doctor done this.I find this very unprofessional as there was no basis for it.
