Better off going to a walk in clinic. At least they care. This doctor and staff are horrible.

Dr Mesghali likes to fire her patients when they question bills. The bill was apparently for refilling a prescription that she refused to fill after that and told me to have my new doctor fill it. It takes a while to get into a new doctor down here (2 months) and I have been without it for a month now.

When my mother went to the ER at Sarasota Hospital, Dr. Mesghali was on call for Dr. Johnson's patients. She argued with the ER doc and said my mother frequently had the same symptoms, BP over 200, which wasn't try. When the ER doc wanted to admit my mom, Dr. Mesghali refused and said she was going to "fire" my mother from her practice. The ER doc informed Dr. M that in fact, my mother was firing her. I was in the ER with my mother. I don't understand the attitude of a doctor like Mesghali. What a mess.

Better off going to a free clinic. Staff is rude, doctor has no ability to diagnose anything.

Trying to access patient portal. Have tried 4 tim
es and 4 times the program "re"identifies me. Still not able to connect. As frustrating as trying to speak with the office. Not comfortable in transferring my drug questions for the doctor through an "medical assistant."

Dr.'s office is hard to deal with. If Doctor doesn't understand your problem she makes it your problem by suggesting you are faking an illness. I will be looking for a new doctor.
