Dr. Bergstein was my Doctor for over 4 years. I moved to California and hasn't been able to get a better doctor than him. He helped me with Tinnitus. I recommend this Dr. We was very patient with me every visit

This is a doctor who is always accessible, smart, and reactive to the patient’s situation. He was recommended by a friend and solved what I had been dealing with for years. In an emergency situation, on a weekend no less, his responsiveness to a problem I was experiencing was swift and totally correct and jump started the recovery process. He is as good as you could possibly hope for. The good news is I’ll never need to find another ENT specialist in my lifetime as he is younger than me!!!!!!!

A family friend recommended Dr. Bergstein and he has now been my ENT for years! Absolutely love him! He takes time to listen, ask questions, and properly diagnose and treat symptoms. I always feel comfortable and safe in his chair and never feel rushed or anxious.

Dr. Michael J. Bergstein was recommended to me at a time when I was suffering from acute sinus issues that were interfering with my sleep, distorting my breathing, occluding my olfactory sense, and making my days miserable. I had seen another ENT specialist, who had failed to detect any issues. Dr. Bergstein diagnosed my problem swiftly, prescribed the appropriate medication, and two weeks later I was free of symptoms and once again breathing, sleeping, eating and living normally. Both he and his medical assistant (Barbara) are responsive and eager to find solutions to difficult problems. Dr. Bergstein radiates high energy and calm patience, a rare combination. He listens carefully, and he has an easygoing, quick thinking manner that facilitates communication. To put it bluntly, he’s a good guy, with an impressive intellect and a good deal of experience. Dr. Bergstein is amazing for my sinuses. He is the first doctor to culture the infection so he can better treat it with the correct antibiotics.
We also took our 7 year old son to him and he was the first to discover his enlarged adenoids and after he removed them our son through the night for the first time ever! So thankful he discovered why our son wasn’t sleeping and fixed it!

Dr. Bergstein is terrific! He performed septal surgery on my son recently and my son did not have any swelling, black eyes, or packing in his nose. He only had minor discomfort and was able to sleep after the procedure. Dr. Bergstein did an awesome job and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Dr. Bergstein called after the procedure and kept close watch on my sons recovery after surgery. Awesome surgeon!

I have been a patient of ENT and Allergy Associates and Dr Michael Bergstein since 2012. I was about to have open heart surgery and had been troubled with recuring nosebleeds for some time. I needed that problem solved before the surgery. Dr. Bergstein solved the nosebleed problem which has been resolved for good! I have continued to see Dr.Bergstein and would recommend him to anyone with an ENT concern. He is competent, knowledgeable and very personable - possessing all the excellent qualities one would hope to find in a medical doctor. The staff in the Yorktown office (only one of which I have knowledge) is most efficient and helpful. I no longer live in Yorktown and when I arrived at the wrong time (my mistake) for my appointment the staff was most helpful and pleasant while “fitting me in” to the schedule. As far as I am concerned , ENT Associates and especially Dr. Bergstein are all excellent in all aspects of the medical practice- staff, helpfulness, punctuality and knowledge.

I would recommend Dr. Bergstein to anyone who is concerned with an ENT problem. He is not only an excellent clinician, he is a caring human being who takes the time to know you as a person, not just a patient. The degrees on the wall show Dr. Bergstein has the knowledge, but it’s his humanity that makes all the difference in getting “ white coat syndrome” folk like me to feel comfortable and come in for the necessary appointments that have controlled what started as a illness that could have taken my voice away. Great doctor, great team!

Excellent service. Caring staff and Dr. Bergstein actually called to give me the positive news on my lab result. I had gone for an office procedure to have a growth removed from my nose. He is recommended.
