I met Dr Bergstein the day after Thanksgiving after having suffered recurring nosebleeds. He was the on call physician and luckily for me, he met me in the ER and treated my nosebleed. He explained what he was going to do and what could be expected. And, he followed up by phone to see how I was doing. This kind of attention is unheard of today, but went a long way to making me feel that my situation mattered to him and that I'm not just a number. He is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was so frightened about what was happening, but Dr. Bergstein was able to keep me calm and informed. His office staff in both the Sleepy Hollow and Yorktown offices are attentive and so helpful. Thank you Dr. Bergstein!

Dr. Bergstein is personable certainly, but most important he is very smart, and takes
care of everything pertaining to the complaint you have. He makes it clear, uses all the tools at his disposal, and you always get better fast.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bergstein for over 17 years. After getting a misdiagnosis for 4 years from a dermatologist, Dr. Bergstein was the one who diagnosed what another doctor called a cyst to a tumor. Needless to say as a young mom I was overwhelmed with stress after an MRI confirmed. As competent as a doctor, he sent me to the best surgeon in NYC who dealt with this kind of tumor often. Thank goodness it was benign and had an amazing, easy recovery. Dr. Bergstein was so reassuring and compassionate during this difficult time which is hard to find in this Rushed HMO world. I continue to see Dr. Bergstein when need be as well as referring many friends who have had procedures they were very happy with. I highly recommend for any ENT or cosmetic issues.

I went to 6 ENT specialist before I chose Dr. Bergstein. I am a singer who had a deviated septum. From the moment he walked in I felt like he was the perfect one. He made me feel very comfortable and fixed my deviated septum so now I can breath and my singing is the best it has ever been. He is by far the best surgeon I have ever seen. Extremely professional and also the only doctor I would ever suggest anyone to go to who needs help with ENT. Thank you for changing my life for the better.

I highly recommend Dr bergstein he did my baby surgery and it have been the best decision.....hes caring when it comes to his patients he's the best I would give him 10 stars if I could

Dr. M. Bergstein is amazing! I went to him due to recurring sinus infections, constant sinus headaches and inability to breath. He was attentive listening to all of my concerns. He spent time with me and I never felt rushed. I ended up having sinus surgery. It has changed my life! I am sleeping, better, I can breath and smell. The staff in the office was lovely and accommodating. I really felt special when I was given the direct line to the doctor. It gave me the confidence and security I needed after the surgery. A friend had recommended I go there because she had such a wonderful experience. I am so glad I listened to her; I highly recommend!
