Someone else previously said this but I agree completely feels like you are annoying the secretary by calling or asking a question. Shouldn't be scared or uncomfortable to contact your family doctor.

but very little care for his patients , besides he is arrogant and poor communicator.

An absolutely horrible doctor with very little knowledge and very little care for his patients. Its just like the one comment before wrote, Dr Lalik is better than having no doctor at all, but not by much at all. The only thing he provides is access to prescriptions, everything else he does is a waste of time and resources. And dont get me started on Darlene. Please get rid of her and put someone in who has a care in the world for peoples well-being. You come in sick, tired and beaten and Darlene makes you feel like you are a waste of time, space and questions. Overall a horrible Drs office and I would never recommend this place to anybody!

I am not a patient of this doctor, but had the opportunity to meet him at the Wellington walk in clinic. I found Dr.Lalik to be very professional and friendly. Dr. Lalik treated my sebaceous cyst , all the while explaining what needed to be done, which resulted in a couple more visits, again at the Wellinton and Innisfil clinics. From my experience with this doctor, although only a few visits with him, I feel comfortable saying "what a great doctor". Also, at a couple of my clinic visits, the same nurse was at the desk, her name was Karen, and , wow, what a great personality she has. A welcoming smile and so friendly, even while dealing with some disgruntled patients. Kudos to both Dr.Lalik and walk in clinic nurse Karen.

He seems knowledgeable, a bit distracted by the computer. The secretary does not have a nice demeanour and it feels like you are annoying her to call or come up to her.

I’ve been a patient since he opened his office and have never been disappointed with my treatment ever. I even drive from Wasaga Beach to see him and rarely have to wait to get an appointment when needed. He is one of the best physicians I’ve ever had and has helped me tremendously over the years. I have a difficult job, mentally and physically. He has always been supportive and understanding. And no, I don’t work in his office.. Such negativity from some reviewers I don’t understand. I’m a paramedic, so I know you can’t please everyone no matter how hard you try.

I've been seeing Dr. Lalik for a lot of years. He has good days and bad. For the most part, they're good (no, I'm not staff)... the staff are spread pretty thin and under tremendous pressure but smiling a little more might do everyone a little good. As for the pantload that calls him pathetic....really? I'm sending a hypochondriac that doesn't always get his way....am I wrong?

Do you notice any time a negative comment is posted right after theres a positive? Its his office trying to save his face. He is a horrible practioner and watch right after this is posted they will strike again and post a fake positive comment. You cant fool us. Dr Lalik is a pathetic man and in this industry for the money.

Will make you visit his office EVERY TIME you need a prescription refill. I'm diabetic, I'm not becoming cured between visits. the face that i need to come to Barrie EVERY TIME I need a insulin prescription refill, is ridiculous.
