Absolutely horrible. I suffered tremendous pain and wheezing in my lungs. I scheduled an appointment because they couldn't fit me in for the emergency appointment so I had to go to the hospital to get puffers because they couldn't accommodate. I left them a voicemail saying I was at emerge and to cancel my appointment. This has been ongoing for four weeks and I am still suffering and it's taking the life out of me and guess what, I try to schedule an appointment with Naidoo to be told I need to PAY for a no show which I called and left them a voicemail about. To say cash or cheque or to not care about the health of your patience is absolutely disgusting. I will never come back to this doctor again. Brutal! I don't owe anything. I left a voicemail and had to go to the hospital because you couldn't accommodate me. Absolutely disgusting.

Dr. Naidoo appears to have no genuine concern for her patient's well being. She is concerned about billing OHIP and will process you as quickly as possible. Her office charged me $150 to fill out a form he required for his school, a process that took less than two minutes. A doctor should have the professional decency to listen, talk to and observe their patients. Doctor Naidoo will barely take her eyes off her laptop long enough look at you I the eyes. I hope she is reviewing her retirement plan on her laptop and, that after extorting money from patients for years, she can retire soon.

In a word she is useless. A doctor should show a modicum of caring, concern and knowledge. Doctor Naidoo demonstrates none of these qualities. My family is seeking a new doctor. Anything would be an improvement. She should find a profession she cares about.

I would not recommend Dr. Naidoo to anyone. She is not very friendly, does physical examinations way too quickly, and does not take the time to ask you (the PATIENT) what concerns they may be having about their HEALTH. She is also very intimidating. I actually get nervous when I have to ask her questions and usually make me feel stupid for doing so. She doesn't explain things well.
I could go on and on...

She was okay on my last few appointments, but the most recent one was the last straw. I was so concerned about an issue, and she brushed me off, chose a probable reason of why it was happening, and told me to "see how it goes." No tests, no examinations, no questions about other symptoms, nothing. Did not want to hear anything other than the first few words I spoke.

Dr. Naidoo is an excellent doctor. Perhaps not interested in exchanging pleasant small talk but I have always found her thorough, attentive and very knowledgeable. I respect and trust her. Staff also great.

Quite frankly should not even be allowed to call herself a Dr. Extremely disinterested and ill prepared for appointments. Not thorough with physicals and rushes through appointments. Quite happy to lecture even when she really has no real experience on what she is lecturing on. To bad there is such a shortage of Doctors in Guelph or we would be gone from her practice in a heartbeat. Only good thing about her practice is the receptionist. After seeing Dr. Naidoo, really with there was a two tiered health care system.

At first I found her really hard to talk with and really fast, didn't really listen to what I had to say, but my most recent appointment she was more understanding and took a longer time with me.
