Very unorganized. Never answer the calls nor emails. Very irresponsible and rude. The appointment was for my mom and we had to wait almost 1 hr then he showed up on video call. His knowledge is good teach elementary students

He is rude. His staff are terrible. Their voicemail says they'll get back to you within 24 hours but they don't return calls or emails at all. Completely unprofessional. I will also be making a complaint with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC and I encourage you too. These kinds of doctors have no place in our medical system.

Excellent gastroenterologist. Highly recommend. He is very very knowledgeable who takes great care of his patients. Honestly cannot say enough about his care.

Didn’t actually have the appointment because the receptionist was so rude, Never answers the phone, office is never open, sent me an email asking me to sign a consent form stating the doc had explained a bunch of things to me before I had even seen or talked to him, scheduled a procedure without even offering a consult first. Terrible customer service, will go elsewhere, the receptionist is the face of the clinic unfortunately and can ruin the reputation of any healthcare practitioners reputation , you should hire someone else instead dr ho. Have cancelled my appointment.

Dr. Ho is an exceptional gastroenterologist with superb bedside manner and communication. I was so impressed with his MOA Ammy who was so helpful to me in preparation instructions and guidance before my colonoscopy. I highly recommend Dr. Ho!
