My son and I waited about 45 minutes to see doctor Williams. I’m not even upset about that. I am upset that she talked over me in the appointment with absolutely everything I said. I don’t think she let me finish any sentences. She treated me like I didn’t know anything even though I am educated and intelligent. She prescribed my 4 year old stimulants but when they didn’t work she didn’t offer any support. We found a dose that did work and she wouldn’t fill a prescription for us. I am extremely frustrated. I am more frustrated on how unsupportive she is.

Very patient with my children and they can be a handful. My children love her. Love that she has toys to keep them entertained in her office so we can really talk.

Excellent care for my family. Need more doctors so the Tracey and the other doctors in this office can focus on their patients and not the ER. Often times they are late with appointments as they are called to the ER. They are over worked.

My son was diagnosed type 1 diabetic and part of our health plan is regular clinic appointments, which includes Dr. Williams. She was thorough in reviewing his information, and spoke to him (which I really liked) about what diabetes was and how it worked. Wonderful! Thankful we have such good care here at home.

Have seen Dr. Williams 2 different times now. Both times had a 30 minute wait, but the wait is worth it. Dr. Williams is a very pleasant, caring and knowledgable. She has made a big difference in our son's health with her diagnosis. Would recommend her to anyone!

Don't even get me started. Waiting over 2 hours with a new born when I had an appointment and NOONE is in her office or the waiting room. Only person around was the secretary. She told me my baby had something and when I went to the ER they looked at the notes and told me it was only a guess. So much more I can't even say. Worst doctor ever.

Long time to wait just to find out how much my child's weighs and her height. Anything over then that she'll just tell you to see your family physician. Ahhh he was the one who sent us to you.

We have been to this doctor for almost 8 years and every visit gets worse. After waiting over an hour to see her (and we were first apt), she hardly listened to my concerns and was very quick to rush us out. She tells us to call the office if we have any problems yet when that happens she can't see my child and tells us to go to the er. Tired of wasting my time on her and will be changing pediatricians. She used to be caring and compassionate but since her practice is so big now we have become just a number

We have had terrible experience with Dr. Williams. After waiting over an hour for every visit, she is unable to answer generic medical questions. She has over-prescribed prescriptions, which gratefully our pharmacist recognized (two separate occasions). We have inquired about issues and was told that we should just go to our family doctor for that. We were advised from staff at the IWK to avoid her, but our pediatric referral landed with her, gratefully we have been re-referred to a new pediatrician. Sorry for those with children who have medical issues that have to deal with her.

I find Dr. Williams to be too rushed, does not listen to the concerns of the parent and is more interested in getting you out the door then listening to your actual concern. I do not agree to being pushed to go to my family physician when a referral was already sent to her. When asked about a medication, was told to google it. Not my idea of a pediatrician I would like my child to see. I'm sure she has some good points, but I have not had good experiences with her.
